In October a group of very enthusiastic group of year 11 art students visited Kew Gardens in Richmond, Surrey. The purpose of the visit was to inspire and inform their current art project which is called 'Layers in nature'. The students were so impressed with the amazing array of plants, flowers, trees and wildlife and also had the opportunity to visit two impressive
art exhibitions. They were also in awe of the diverse range of sea-life and had the opportunity to photograph the breath taking sights. A great day was had by both teachers and students and was a major success.
